This policy covers oculis.ca and the products operated by Oculis Services. Each product may have its own additional policy — Voca, SkillsPro360, the Oculis Learner Hub and Vantage each publish their own where their handling differs.
When you contact us through this site we collect the name, email address, company and message you provide. We use standard web analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
To answer your enquiry, to provide services you have asked for, and to improve the site. Nothing more.
Enquiries are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
