With 22 years of diverse corporate experience, Gagan has dedicated 15 years to Learning and Development (L&D).

Gagan has successfully led projects for demanding clients like United Breweries, Levi's, and Toyota Finance, showcasing his ability to lead teams in high-stress environments and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Beginning his career with Indo-Asian Fusegears Ltd in 2001, Gagan moved to Airtel in 2004. He then joined Smarttalk, a Chandigarh-based training company focused on making college graduates employment-ready.

After four years, Gagan joined Indus Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to enhance his skills and broaden his professional horizon. At Indus Management, he worked with clients from various industries, delivering training programs for everyone from freshers to senior management, and successfully leading numerous training assignments.
